Hey there…
I’ve lived the city life before and while I enjoyed it at the time, I didn’t understand what it truly meant to slow down and be present. Be present in what matters. It wasn’t until I moved to the Island in 2019, where I learned what having peace truly felt like. To me, being at peace meant not having to run from your life, but toward it.
While I still enjoy a trip to the big cities, I feel excited to get back to my home, my peace. And thats what I want for you. Do you want that? Do you want to live in a place where you can look out your kitchen window, take a deep breathe in and feel joy that you love where you live?

The amenities, adventures, and the feeling you find when you step off the plane or enter a new part of the island (aren’t the views breathtaking?)
It’s a comfortable, cozy, lowkey, and casual place to live (truly anyone can find their fit– from the hiker to the surfer and coffee house lover, there’s something enchanting for you!).
Versatility! Whether you want to fall off the grid for a beach day or go live it up in the big city, each destination is only an hour away (even enjoy a day trip to Victoria, the capital, that’s also in close proximity!)

Duh, you priced it $200,000 under market value.
Essentials
Home
I currently call the Comox Valley home. Some of my favourite places include Williams Beach, Cumberland Forest, Lupin Falls, Strathcona Park and anywhere on the North Island.
Crush
I’m a sucker for a minimalist style, contemporary type homes. Cedar shakes, board & batten siding, subway tiles & shiplap walls make me swoon.
Hangout
When I’m not working you’ll find me walking my dogs, going for a ride in the side-by-side with my husband and then going to one of the local breweries for cold beverage and good eats.
Place
There’s no place that helps me unwind better than exploring the Island in one of the trails or chasing waterfalls.
